The high-pressure gas separator can achieve continuous gas-liquid separation under high pressure. The device adopts a design structure where the separation column tube is separated from the automatic control system. It can freely change the equipment installation position in different experimental sites, making the installation more flexible. It can be widely applied at the rear end of gas-liquid, gas-liquid-solid reaction equipment, improving the equipment performance, efficiency and automation level, ensuring the stability of pressure and flow in the reaction system. It guarantees rapid and efficient gas-liquid separation. It enhances the operation effect of the process system.
Features

Built-in high-sensitivity liquid level detector, capable of accurately detecting the liquid level height of the gas-liquid separator, with a detection accuracy of ±0.5 mm.

Available liquid contact materials include 316L and C276, meeting the requirements for strong corrosive gas-liquid separation.

Combined use of the fully automatic high-pressure gas back-pressure valve and the high-pressure liquid steady-flow valve to achieve continuous gas-liquid separation under high pressure (8 MPa).

Over-limit alarm function, allowing for setting of over-limit alarms. When the gas-liquid separator exceeds the limit, an alarm signal can be sent to prompt the operator to handle it in time.
